Sharing and collaboration

Open the menu on the list you want to share and pick Share. Enter a label/email to generate an invite link.

Copy the invite link from the dialog and share it yourself (chat, email, text). The app does not send emails.

• Only collaborators on a list can add, update, move, or complete items.

• You can remove access at any time from the Share dialog (you cannot remove the last collaborator).

• Everyone (including existing users) must accept the invite before the list shows up for them.

Open the invite link and sign in; the list will be added to your menu automatically.

Already signed in? Visiting a /main?invite=... link accepts it in place.

• Use the same email/username the invite was sent to for a smooth accept.

• Once accepted, the list behaves like any other - no special steps needed.

The watch app keeps using your last-used list even when it is shared.

Marking items done on the watch updates the shared list for everyone after sync.
